Clean Steam Generation and Distribution Systems
SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
The Clean Steam Generation and Distribution System consists of a 316L stainless steel steam generation still, distribution piping, and a control and instrumentation system for monitoring and adjustment of the system pressure, temperature and fluid level. It is designed to generate clean steam using USP purified water as feed water. The clean steam condensate meets the specification of WFI of US Pharmacopeia. The clean steam distribution lines are designed to readily remove steam condensate preventing accumulation of condensate in the distribution lines.
