Nitrogen Gas Systems
SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
The Nitrogen Gas System consists of a liquid nitrogen tank, an evaporator, distribution piping, and a control and instrumentation system for pressure control and monitoring. Liquid nitrogen is stored in an outdoor tank, and evaporated by an outdoor evaporator. The nitrogen gas is distributed through the distribution lines. It is supplied based on plant demand in response to its pressure in the main header. The nitrogen gas meets the company product specifications.
